Bought my first property 10 years ago and since then I have got married and moved with my husband. We are looking to sell that property now but because I have never sold a property before I need to know about any capital gains tax that I might need to pay. Also I have never done any tax return forms before. I do not mind working locally or remotely. We are already in a process of selling the property.
