I am looking for a qualify accountant to file my company and self-assessment tax return, the accountant that I was previous using is now retired, so I need someone to take over my accounting matters for me.
Brief descriptions:
I am a sole director of my company ( Sera G Ltd ), I work from home on this very small business selling little beauty items on ebay and my own website www.sera-g.com , my company was registered on 12/12/2012 by my previous accountant, for some reasons my previous accountant registered the company under his address instead mine, he said it is common to do so, but now he has retired and I do not want to use the new company that took over his company, so now I need someone to help me with my account, tax return, and changing the company registered address.
My business income is approximately £500 to £800 per month, I do not currently take monthly salary from my business but annual fees which my previous accountant described as director fees (total of £7400 in two payments within April 2014 to April 2015).
It is a little confusing at the moment because I have not had much update from my previous accountant about my latest accounting situation, so I need to speak to someone and get some advice to move this forward, also the quote for services.
