We are looking for establishment Ltd company in UK, we all are British Citizens, we are 4 shareholders, looking to be 25% for each.
What is the best way to start, I am the father, resident in UAE, managing company science five years in UAE and thinking back to UK to establish new company as I mentioned above with my son (29 years old) and my Daughter (37 years old).
We estimates our income around £170,000 per one year, there will be monthly salary for each one around (1500 - 2000) pounds for each partner in addition to office rent and expenses .
