I am employed but have been self employed in the past. I own 2 buy to let properties and I have built and sold a property so need to pay capital gains tax in this year.
I need help with the tax return form/accounts to ensure everything is correct.
Will be needing help paying capital gains tax on the properties, and help with end of year returns and general financial advice.
Currently storing data both online, but mainly paper copies, with all invoices recorded for the year in a book.
Want to work within a 20-30 mile radius with either a sole practitioner or with a small accountancy practice, doesn't want to work with a major firm.
