We are a small company looking to find an accountant to prepare and file our corporation tax returns and provide advice on an adhoc basis.
Our year end is to 31 March and we would be looking to have all the documentation prepared by the December 2014, when any corporation tax is due. The first year for which we require this service is year ended 31 March 2014.
Our turnover for the year to 31 March 2014 is approximately £15,000.
We have 2 sides to the business – a chilli company which forms the majority. We grow our own chillies and produce a range of cooking and table sauces and chilli products with these, which are sold retail and through markets and events. The other side is the production of stubby holders, which are mainly personalized.
The business has been in operation for a few years and until now, we have filed our own Corporation Tax Returns, but as we get busier with the business we would like someone else to prepare this work for us.
We are VAT registered, as of June 2013 and file our own VAT returns. We currently have no employees and have not taken anything out of the business.
All our documentation is pretty well organized and we use Quickfile to record all our sales and expenditure.
Also require abbreviated accounts for corporate tax return for the period March 2014
We also have a spreadsheet to record all our capital expenditure.
Turnover of 15k for last year and predicting 20k for this year.
Please could you provide us with a quote to prepare and file our corporation tax return for 2013/14 and your rates for adhoc advice.
