I have recently set up as a mortgage broker/financial adviser through the Mortgage Advice Bureau network, I have started receiving commission and now need advice as to should I proceed as a sole trader or Limited Company and I need an accountant to look after my tax returns. Started the company last may and averaging 4-5k turnover a month.
Require advice on whether to set up as a limited company or a sole trader, require a business plan to be drawn up.
