I am a private hire driver,working on a self employed basis, for
a local firm.
I am not good with paperwork and dread dealing with an ever
more threatening HMRC.
I have procrastinated in informing the above of being self employed for the above reason,and know i will be penalised,
obviously I would like to minimise the fine as I dont earn a lot
and am approaching retirement age.
