My chartered accountant has been ill and is not renewing certificate so I need another chartered accountant - accounts are prepared by me (as I am an accountant but cannot sign off as I am not chartered or certified). Please advise fee - normally my accountant asks me to make adjustments to my accounts / abbreviated accounts - he submits to HMRC & Companies House.
