I am contacting you as I require some assistance with my tax return for the 2013-2014 tax year. I am a freelance translator and I moved to Singapore last June. Until now, I have always submitted my returns myself but I have been left pretty confused by the SA109 form and the HMRC’s tax residence indicator and I really don’t know up to what point I will need to pay UK tax on my earnings or how to fill the self-assessment form (do I only declare my earnings up to when I stopped being a resident, whenever this was?).
So basically I am looking for some advice and help with my 2013-2014 tax return (although I am happy to complete and submit the return myself) and wondered what you would charge for this service?
