We are a small Community Club (with a bar) for members. Our current membership is around 100. We need an accountant to review our setup and our HMRC obligations, to advise us on how best to record our activity and to set up processes and procedures (financial). We have outstanding matters with HMRC which our previous accountant did not address and we would need a new accountant to help us to fulfil our obligations. We have dismissed our previous accountant as he failed to provide us with appropriate services despite being on a monthly retainer. We need a new accountant as soon as possible.
