My wife and I have purchased a small holiday rental cottage in Dorset. Having just set up the business our outlay far exceeds projected income ( currently we have only two bookings) .The cottage was made available via Wyndham Vacation Rentals from April this year, so presumably books/tax return etc., would need to be prepared for April 2015. I am currently in the process of gathering information/quotes on accountants familiar with holiday rental small business taxation requirements and allowances.
