We own a flat (mortgage <50% of value) that we would like to renovate and rent out so that we can buy a house to live in. We realise that this has a number of financial implications so we are looking for someone to (a) advise us on the best way to undertake our plans from a financial perspective and (b) help us to manage our finances going forward.
