Good Afternoon, I am 1 of 10 Freeholders in a block of 10 Flats which is managed by a Managing Agent.....The owners of each flat are of the opinion that we need to get an audit of our accounts professionally audited and independently from the Managing Agent....is this something which can be done and also what cost are we looking at.
