My partner and I are applying for a mortgage. We have self employed earnings which need to be verified. I have requested SA302s for 2012/13 but really need to use accounts for 2013/14 to guarantee we will be offered the amount requested (income for this year for my partner is more than double last year's). We cannot wait until April 20th which is the ETA for SA302 for 13/14s accounts please quote me for this service. The accounts are very simple we just need a letter from yourselves we are not asking for you to provide any further assistance. (I have been submitting my own returns for nearly 30 years).
