Background: I am the co founder of another company which we grew from 4 employees to over 200 in 10 years. I am still an employee and director of this company.
I am starting a new business, named INCUBIQ SOLUTIONS LTD.
I am the sole director. This company will develop web and mobile software.
2 employees will be recruited from 3rd March. Maybe a 3rd one if lucky by end of summer, but not planned at this stage. I will not pay myself.
The company was formed on 25th Nov 2013, but has not been trading yet. Anticipated first sales in Feb 2014 at the earliest. Anticipated turnaround in 2014 is £20-40K. Anticipating a small loss, although will try to break even.
Anticipated number of bills : less than 5 a month
Anticipated number of invoices: less than 10 a month
I need someone to process payroll and keep accounts up to date on a monthly basis.
Not available until next week - so please afford calling me until after the weekend.
