I made a small sole trading business towards the start of this year. However, I did not realise how quickly it grew till it started earning around £80k profit a year. I have not paid any taxes and am not sure how to. I need someone to tell which taxes I need to pay and when. Furthermore, I would like my sole trading company to become a LTD for protection reasons, and need help doing that as well.
