Hi,
I would like a quote on filing some simple UK taxes for 2012. I am a US citizen with an Indefinite Leave to Remain visa for the UK. I have lived here for less than 7 years and am not legally domiciled here.
Relevant to the 2012 tax year, I was employed by a company from April - August 2012, and was then self-employed from August 2012 - April 2013. I registered as self-employed with HMRC and earned a total of only about £12,500 submitted by invoice in that period. I have a list of business-related expenses and receipts.
I also started having personal investments in May 2012,mainly based in Jersey and the US. None of the revenue from these investments have been brought back into the UK.
Can you please let me know how much helping me with my UK taxes will be? The self-employed earnings are very straight forward, and I have been told the investments are straight forward too.
