I'm a sole trader at the moment, minimal turnover, but looking to incorporate. Primarily as my main occupation is as a software contractor, and some client prefer (demand) working with a limited company to help protect them against IR35 issues.
I am VAT registered and have been trading since 1st Jan 2013 (all my accounts are on clearbooks from the beginning)
I'm based in Dronfield, and would prefer an accountant local to Dronfield or Sheffield.
