Dear Sirs,
I want to buy a small business in UK and thinking about a Bed & Breakfast in Whitby, North Yorkshire. I need to borrow part of the B&B cost from the bank. The bank asked me to submit a list of documents to approve the loan. The documents required are:
1- What I will do with the business;
2- How I will run the business;
3- The cost involved in the business;
4- How the business is going to perform in 10 years
5- Business Plan
I have a Bachelor of Law and worked as a Legal Officer in Dubai and in Marketing and Managing a Loyalty Program. My husband has a Bachelor of Commerce and is working as a Senior General Manager Development in HONDA Middle East.
As per the above, I need your help in preparing the
1- Business Plan;
2- Statement of Assets, Liabilities, Income and Expenditure;
3- Cash Flow Projection.
