Hello,

I am an English self-employer working in only Spain as a musican. Originally I wanted do my tax declaration in the UK but my English Accountant suggested me to do 2 tax declarations. One in Spain ( as all my business activities have happened in Spain) after all my income, and after another one in the UK after 0 income ( because i haven't had any business activities in the UK)
My main concern is the Spanish withholding tax. One of the Hotel for whom i work for said that they are going to reduce 24,75% from my wages as a Spanish withholding tax cos I am an international artist. What does it mean exactly? Is this amount equal to my whole tax in Spain or I have to pay another tax as well on the top this withholding tax? I think the second option would be way to much as it would take almost half of my wages.

Best Regards,
