Hello I am looking for an accountant to help me dissolve/strike off my ltd.
I have no employee, no creditor, the company has been inactive for more than 1 year, all records have been successfully filed until 31/01/2012.
I really need help with the last account and tax return (again no business in the last year), and file the DS01.
