I just started my company no long ago and in the process of opening a business account with the bank. Two of my friends, whos currently in China applying for the entrepreneur visa, will be the shareholders of the company and they are preparing to transfer £200,000 to the company account. Therefore I need to find a accountant to prepare a few documents for me, such as shareholders agreement and accountants certificate of confirmation. Thank you.
