I am looking for tax advice, accountancy and payroll service. My situation is explained below:
I have started up a company to distribute British products to Saudi Arabia. I have two contracts already, one of the products is tea, owned by a company in the UK but produced in Sri Lanka and shipped directly to Saudi, so all payments will be offshore in US$, so I only need to send back to the UK business any profits from the transactions. The second product will be shipped from UK to Saudi so probably there will be payments through the UK.
I would like to have myself and my wife as employees of the business and need to find the right level of salary and Director dividends to make it most efficient for tax, and so I can deduct all expenses, plus I will need a simple payroll, and advice on reclaiming UK spent VAT.
