Nationality Japanese, live in Tokyo, Japan
Used to live in London SW19, have been letting the house since 10 years ago.
I fill my tax return in Japan and submit to the Japanese tax authority, but UK inland revenue deducts 20% tax at the source.
In order to avoid dual tax payment I fill a form, and submit it to Japanese tax office, too.
I would like to know what could happen if I decide to sell the property in UK.
